Pickleball Court Booking Disclaimer

As a participant in pickleball games, activities, programs, classes, or services provided and events sponsored or organized by Anything Pickle, New Northcliff Pickleball Club, and it’s members, including but not limited to: games, tournaments, practices, training, personal training, use of equipment and facilities, I acknowledge that:

 
l am aware of all the possible dangers or injuries that can arise from my participating in any above mentioned activities;

 
l know and understand that unforeseen injuries, damage and/or loss can arise while playing or participating in Pickleball and associated activities; such as theft, robbery and damage to my personal property; and l accept same, including any permanent disability/injury that may arise thereof;

 
I accept that Anything Pickle, New Northcliff Pickleball Club, and its members cannot protect me from sporting injuries and any damage and/or loss associated thereof and l expressly agree to indemnify and hold them free from any claims, demands, right of action, and damages of same;

 
I therefore take full responsibility for any injuries, damage and/or loss that may arise while l am playing or participating in Pickleball and associated activities. I shall not hold the service provider/host or its management responsible or liable in any way whatsoever, and all of the above is acknowledged in my personal capacity;

 
I am aware and agree that photos taken at Anything Pickle, New Northcliff Pickleball Club events or activities, may be published to their website, social media, or other material;

 
I, hereby release, waive and discharge Anything Pickle, New Northcliff Pickleball Club as well as their members, employees and agents from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injuries, death, accidents, illnesses, property damage and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in pickleball games, activities, programs, classes, or services provided and events sponsored or organized by

Anything Pickle, New Northcliff Pickleball Club and its associates, including but not limited to: games, tournaments, practices, training, personal training, use of equipment and facilities.
